Hand on Heart Enterprises is a new approach to creating jobs for people with disabilities. Using the Social Enterprise Model we develop innovative enterprises and in our first year are focusing on the catering and hospitality industry. Besides bringing people with different disabilities together and creating inclusive work environments, we are very keen to advocate these important elements.
What is a Social Enterprise?
Social Enterprises are those that have a social remit, and for Hand on Heart this is creating jobs for people with disabilities. Our enterprises such as our Inclusion Bar and Catering service generate income that pays salaries and is reinvested to help grow our enterprises.
